Happy Friday everyone! Today is the official start of Fall!
I’ve been looking forward to the weekend all week because I’ve been so busy and need some time to relax and catch up on some much needed rest. I wrote a lot of exams this week and I’m so glad that they're done and outta my way! I’m not planning much this weekend, just going to hang out at home and relax…and I might be hosting a giveaway, too? (hint, hint!)

Lately, for a snack I’ve been mixing frozen raspberries into low fat yogurt and adding Hi Lo Maple Pecan cereal for extra crunch. Delish!
Lately I haven't been drinking enough water. But this week I made an extra effort to stay hydrated. I kept re-filling these two water bottles all day!
Lately I’ve been snacking on granola/snack bars throughout the day while doing homework and studying. My brain needed the extra fuel! “Corny free” is a German granola bar and has no artificial flavors, this one only has 66 calories (It’s a pretty small bar though).
Lately I've been loving the nut butter and banana combo! Loving this healthy fat and fruit! Seriously, this is such an awesome combo!
Lately I’ve been in a much better mood than during my ED days. Love it! :) I used to always be in a bad mood, I was sad, angry and depressed and didn’t know why. I’m so glad that I’m done with that now!
What have you been loving lately? Do you always have to remind yourself to drink enough water throughout the day? What's your favorite food combo?
LOVE nut butter and fruit! Seriously my favorite combo. I could eat nut butter with anything though. Yay fall! I'm so excited but it's still hot as ever here in FL. If only it started to feel like fall I'd be a happy camper :) I'm so glad you are stronger now and have found your happy place. You are awesome!! I pretty much chug water like it's my job throughout the day so I think I'm getting enough.

Haha that's so funny, I do similar things with yogurt but I always use blueberries and I love Hi-Lo cereal but I've only tried the strawberry kind! Lots of variations :)

I love those fiber one granola bars and also bananas with nut butter! I think I'll eat anything with nut butters lol. I'm also really happy that you're in a good mood lately! Everyone deserves to be happy :)

I have good and bad periods with drinking water - sometimes I'm a rockstar at it and sometimes I suck!

Banana+nut butter is amazing. I was slacking on water, but I've been drinking more lately. I carry a bottle with me like its attached.

ReplyDeleteI am drinking way too less lately... I've got a serious problem with drinking water because it tastes like... water. Nothing. I don't know why,but I don't like it anymore,I'm so sick of it! I should probably look for some pure fruit juice and mix it with water...

I def need to work on drinking more water. I tend to do really well most days but then have a few where I am lackng.

ReplyDeleteThose granola bars look so interesting, I haven't seen any of those flavors before! I tend to get a dry mouth really quickly if I don't drink enough water so thankfully I often remember to drink enough :) Enjoy your weekend :)
ReplyDeleteNut butter and banana is my favorite combo ever!!! I like to just spread it right on the banana. It's so amazing. I've been eating tons of snack bars as well... I've been able to sleep in a little if I bring one to school and eat a quicker breakfast at home that doesn't require prep. It's wonderful!

Holy yum to bananas + pb! My favorite way to eat that combo is banana soft serve with a huge scoop of peanut butter blended in.

I have a water bottle on my 24/7. I drink about 4 litres a day and yes... I am constantly running to the bathroom haha.
I drink water all day long... what can I do without it?!
