Happy Friday everyone! Today is the official start of Fall!
I’ve been looking forward to the weekend all week because I’ve been so busy and need some time to relax and catch up on some much needed rest. I wrote a lot of exams this week and I’m so glad that they're done and outta my way! I’m not planning much this weekend, just going to hang out at home and relax…and I might be hosting a giveaway, too? (hint, hint!)

Lately, for a snack I’ve been mixing frozen raspberries into low fat yogurt and adding Hi Lo Maple Pecan cereal for extra crunch. Delish!
Lately I haven't been drinking enough water. But this week I made an extra effort to stay hydrated. I kept re-filling these two water bottles all day!
Lately I’ve been snacking on granola/snack bars throughout the day while doing homework and studying. My brain needed the extra fuel! “Corny free” is a German granola bar and has no artificial flavors, this one only has 66 calories (It’s a pretty small bar though).
Lately I've been loving the nut butter and banana combo! Loving this healthy fat and fruit! Seriously, this is such an awesome combo!
Lately I’ve been in a much better mood than during my ED days. Love it! :) I used to always be in a bad mood, I was sad, angry and depressed and didn’t know why. I’m so glad that I’m done with that now!
