Good morning! Hope your enjoying your Saturday! What are your weekend plans? So far, today had been a pretty good day. Not only did I finally get my iHerb package, but I also had some yummy eats, which I’ll share with you in a second.
I recently told my parents about my blog, I was hesitant at first because I was embarrassed about it. I don’t know why, I just was. Doesn’t make much sense, but maybe if you have a blog you know what I mean? If you have a blog, do your friends and family know about it?
So, mom and dad if your reading this..HI and I love you! :)
I started off this morning with a great breakfast. I toasted two pieces of whole grain bread and topped them with PB2 and had a bowl of frozen raspberries on the side.
A little while later, I was hungry again so I had a small handful of walnuts.
Yesterday I picked up some tortillas at a local health food store and decided to incorporate one into my lunch today. I put a little but of cheese onto my tortilla and put it in a pan until the cheese was melted and the tortilla was slightly brown. Then, I topped it with one egg white and three slices of turkey deli meat. Oh my gosh, this was the best lunch I’ve had in a long time! I pretty much devoured it in 2 minuets!
I’m really excited to try everything that I ordered!
Right after tearing open the package and taking pictures of my goodies, I couldn’t wait any longer and had to try the peanut flour! I put some frozen raspberries and strawberries into a bowl and topped it with some peanut flour “sauce” (peanut flour and water mixed together), then I added some puffed Kamut cereal and heated it up in the microwave for 30 seconds.Tasted like a PB&J sandwich..only without the bread! AKA, PB&J “Sandwich” in a bowl!
