Drink Me Chai Review

What, it’s Monday already? I had a nice weekend, but it flew by! Our internet wasn’t working almost all weekend, but my family and I went to the movies and church so it wasn’t that boring. :)

Today I have another review for you, but before I get into that I want to announce the two $25 iHerb Shopping Spree Giveaway winners.… Kat and Emma! (I chose the winners with Random.org) Please send me an e-mail with your address and make an account on iHerb if you haven't yet. :)

I was sent two samples (Vanilla Chai and Spiced Chai) from the people at Drink Me Chai and was really excited to try them. Especially because it’s really cold out and I love hot drinks during the winter.

Drink Me Chai is a sweet, exotic blend of spices, tea and skimmed milk. They have a wide selection of flavors and I would love to try them all! They are all 99% caffeine free and have a lot of great health benefits.

I tried the vanilla chai flavor first and it was great! It had just the right amount of vanilla flavor and it was the perfect hot drink for a chilly day. It didn’t have a bad aftertaste and it didn’t taste artificial. It can be prepared hot or cold, so you could even enjoy some during the Summer, too!

“A fragrant blend of sweetened tea, skimmed milk and creamy vanilla flavors.”

Each 24 g serving of the Vanilla Latte flavor has 111 calories and even 2.2 g of protein. It was really delicious and warmed me up!

My parents are big fans of chai tea and have tried so many different brands so I let them both have a sip and this vanilla flavor got four thumbs up!

Next, I tried the Chai Spice flavor and it was also delicious!

I’ve tried a few other chai lattes at some cafés and a lot of times they taste just like a normal latte, with hardly a hint of chai spice. What I really loved about this one is that it really did taste like a chai spice latte. The chai spice wasn't too overpowering, it was just perfect. I also let my parents try this flavor and they both loved it as well.

Have you ever tried Drink Me Chai? What is your favorite kind of tea or latte? What do you have planned for this week?
