1.) Oatmeal to warm me up on cold mornings.
2.) Getting my daily dose of dark chocolate.
3.) Adding a scoop or two of Madre Labs Eureka! Berries to a smoothie or some yogurt.
4.) Eating a big yogurt mess while reading blogs.
5.) Drinking a smoothie after a good workout.
