Hi and welcome to my
blog!
I’m 17 years old and currently living in Germany with my family. I’m
interested in all things health, food and fitness. I’ve always loved cooking
and baking and I’m so glad that I found a way to share my love for it. My other hobbies include
photography and traveling.
Since I live in
Germany, it’s hard for me to get a hold of many foods from America that I love.
I’m making the best out of it though. I love trying new alternatives and
posting reviews on my finds.
I’m trying to lead a
healthy balanced lifestyle with sweet treats here and there.
I want to help and inspire people to live and healthy and balanced life.
I want those that have an eating disorder or are recovering from one, to realize that there is hope. You can recover and live your life again. I want to help & inspire those that are trying to lose or gain weight to do it the healthy way. To love their bodies and treat it right.

I'm a Christian and I believe that Jesus helped me get out of an eating disorder. I thought it was impossible to get out, but I was wrong. I thank Jesus that I am alive & well today and that I can share my story to help others.
